A Sender Policy Framework (SPF) record is a type of Domain Name Service (DNS) TXT record that identifies which mail servers are permitted to send an email on behalf of your domain. The purpose of an SPF record is to detect and prevent spammers from sending messages with forged “from” addresses on your domain.
Step 1- Login to cPanel

Step 2 – Navigate to Domains, then click DNS Zone Editor:
Step 3 – Then click the Manage button of the domain of your choice:
Step 4 – Update SPF record
- If you currently have an SPF click edit to update your SPF
- Add a new record should your SPF not exist.
Important! there should only be one SPF on the DNS zone
SPF RECORD DATA : “v=spf1 include:relay.mailchannels.net ~all”
Step 5– Click “Save Record”
