Step 1. Log onto our Website, Open an internet browser and type in 1-grid.com
Step 2. Once the Home page has loaded, In the bottom right hand corner you will find a Video Call option. Click on it
Step 3. Once clicking on the Video Call function you will have Two options to choose from, Do a live call immediately or schedule a call.
- If you click on Start call now it will then take you to one of our friendly consultants
- If you click on Schedule a call it will take you to a calendar to choose a specific time and date to do the call (Please ensure to stick to your time you have scheduled a call for)
Step 4. Once you have clicked on Schedule a call, Fill in the necessary details to schedule a call, First name, Last name, email address, date and time
Step 5. Once you have chosen the time and date, click on Schedule.
