Due to the passing and implementation of South Africa’s Protection Of Personal Information Act aka the POPI Act, all access to our clients’ personal information has been restricted — ours included.
We understand that some of our customers may still require assistance from our staff members. In the event of assistance being required, we will request access to your account for a period of 3, 6, or 12 months.
Log into your customer zone here — if you encounter any issues logging into your 1-Grid Client Zone, please use this helpful guide.
Once logged in, you can approve the access request prompts from the client zone popup as per the following screenshot:
You will see:
- The reason for the support request.
- The ticket number associated with the request.
- The duration of access being requested.
- The “Grant Access” button.
That’s it! Our support staff will now be able to access your personal information in a secure fashion.
