This guide provides you with steps on how to update your debit order details. We highly recommend using debit order to to settle your account. as this will prevent your services from ever getting suspended.
Step 1– Login to your 1-grid Customer zone.
- Go to https://1-grid.com/client/clientarea.php
- Enter your registered email address and password you created when signing up.
Step 2 – Click on Update in Your info section.
Step 3 – Confirm Debit order is selected under Payment Method.
Step 4 – Hover over Billing then click on My debit order details.
Step 5 – Enter your current banking details.
Step 6 – Read and accept the Mandate and submit details.
