This quick guide will show you the steps to change your Customer Zone password.
There are two ways of updating your password to your 1-grid Customer Zone. Should you have lost your password and you’re unable to login to your Customer Zone you can request a password reset. The other way is by updating your password from within your customer zone while already logged in. We will explore updating your password from within your 1-grid Customer Zone below.
Step 1– Login to your 1-grid Customer Zone.
- Go to https://1-grid.com/client/clientarea.php
- Enter your registered email address and password provided during your application.
Step 2– Click on Update in the Your Info section.
Step 3– Click on Change Password
- Enter your current password
- Enter the new password you would like to update to.
- Click Save Changes
