This article provides you with information on how to log a new support ticket via your 1-grid Customer Zone.
Step 1– Login to your 1-grid Customer Zone.
- Go to https://1-grid.com/client/clientarea.php
- Enter your registered email address and password provided during your application.
Step 2 – Go to Support > Tickets
Step 3 – Click Open Ticket and select the department
Step 4 – Complete the ticket form and click Submit
