This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to backup your emails using the Email Archive solution.
Step 1: Log into the Email Archive dashboard using the email address that you’ve received the welcome email. This is typically the main email address on your 1-grid profile.
Step 2: Keep the cursor over the account in question and select Restore
Step 3: Select the date range of emails you wish to restore (only emails within that date range will be restored)
Select the destination. You are able to restore emails to a specific folder.
Click on Start Restore
That’s it! You have now started to restore your emails.
Please note that emails that were originally in other folders e.g. sent items, will be restored to a “sent items” subfolder under your Inbox. You may have to reopen your email address or email application to see it.
