When creating email accounts in cPanel you have the ability to set the email quota for each email account. This is to limit the email accounts from using up all the space available on your hosting package. The steps below will provide you a quick and easy walk-through of how to update the quota for an email account.
Step 1- Login to cPanel

Step 2- Click on Email Accounts.
Step 3- On the relevant email account click Manage
Step 4 – Set the Quota under Storage Section
Step 5 – Click Update Mail Settings to save changes
